Sidewalk Program

The Sidewalk Incentive Program is designed to provide an incentive for those property owners approved for the program to help lessen the financial burdens associated with the construction of new sidewalks and the repair of damaged sidewalks.

Approved projects are eligible for a reimbursement limited to a maximum amount of 50% of the cost, with residential capped at $1,200 and commercial capped at $2,000.

To receive the program benefits, the property owner must submit a complete application, obtain approval for participation by the City, the work completed in accordance with the program, and a final inspection completed by the City.

Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis each calendar year.
