Building & Fence Permits

By ordinance, a building permit is required to erect, construct, enlarge, or improve or cause the same to be done, any building or structure within city limits.  A fee of $25 is due at the time of application.

A fence permit is required prior to the construction or re-construction of a fence within city limits.  A fee of $10 is due at the time of application.
